Scheduled Downtime for Scientific Computing and Data Service Desks
Overview: Scientific Computing and Data JIRA Service Desk portals for MSDW, Leaf, ATLAS, REDCap and eRAP will be offline for testing the migration to DTP JIRA Enterprise Cloud. This migration will provide enterprise-grade scale, security, and governance controls for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
Dates: Friday, March 14th 5pm – Sunday, March 16th 11pm
Impact: Users will not be able to access or submit support requests via Scientific Computing and Data Service Desk Portal during this time.
