The Scientific Computing and Data team is pleased to announce the spring training for utilizing self-service cohort query tools for the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse: Leaf and ATLAS.

A training session to use these tools will be held Thursday, February 23, from 12:00-1:00 pm. Click here to register for the remote training. Zoom link is provided following registration.

Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW) data can be accessed 24/7 through the following self-service query tools:

  • Leaf:  A drag-and-drop tool that enables you to easily create patient cohorts from de-identified data using multiple clinical and demographic criteria. Currently, patient demographic, diagnoses and encounters are available in Leaf.

  • ATLAS: A sophisticated tool that enables you to create and analyze patient cohorts from de-identified data using complex criteria. All data in MSDW is available through ATLAS.

MSDW is approved annually through Mount Sinai’s IRB.
