To continue providing service for REDCap databases, Finance and Compliance has approved a chargeback fee of $200/database for 2022 for this service. Finance and Compliance reviews the rate every year based on actual expenses from the previous year.
The automatic charge for all 2022 REDCap production project(s) will occur on September 6, 2022. Your account will be automatically billed on this date for every project currently in production.
What do I need to do?
Ensure your project fund number is accurate and saved in your REDCap project. To do this, click on the “Modify project title, purpose, etc.” button on the “Project Setup” page. This will prompt you to fill out the required information for your project.
If you need to update your Fund Number for 2022, please click here. Fund number information must be provided five business days before the billing date.
If you are a hospital user and have initiated a fund transfer, please click here to upload a screenshot receipt confirming the fund transfer.
If you have already completed this, no action needs to be taken.
