Introduction to Data2Evidence

May 2026

We are pleased to announce the deployment of Data2Evidence, a new cohort query tool developed by Data4Life to support research across Mount Sinai.

Data2Evidence enables researchers to filter and group specific populations using data from the clinical care processes of the Mount Sinai Health System. The tool uses data from Artificial Intelligence Ready Mount Sinai (AIR·MS)Built-in graphing functions allow users to visualize results, and progress from hypothesis to answer using an interactive user interface.

Data2Evidence can be accessed here: https://d2e.airms.mssm.edu

Please note: the Leaf cohort query tool will be decommissioned on October 1, 2026. We invite you to migrate to Data2Evidence. Please refer to this easy-to-use guide to begin transition to the Data2Evidence cohort query tool.

If you need additional assistance, please submit a ticket for further support.
