Introduction to Data2Evidence
We are pleased to announce the deployment of Data2Evidence, a new cohort query tool developed by Data4Life to support research across Mount Sinai.
Datasets from across the Mount Sinai Health System are integrated through Artificial Intelligence Ready Mount Sinai (AIR·MS), a cloud-based analytical platform. Using Data2Evidence, researchers can quickly query information, test hypotheses, and identify important populations.
The platform uses data derived from AIR·MS, which includes hundreds of millions of pieces of clinical data, such as laboratory measures, diagnoses, and visit information. Researchers can define patient cohorts by filtering and grouping individuals based on specific attributes, enabling more efficient and targeted studies. Built-in graphing functions allow users to visualize results, allowing researchers to quickly progress from hypothesis to answer using an interactive user interface.
Data2Evidence can be accessed here: https://d2e.airms.mssm.edu
Please note: the Leaf cohort query tool will be decommissioned on October 1, 2026. We invite you to migrate to Data2Evidence. Please refer to this easy-to-use guide to begin the cohort query tool transition.
If you need additional assistance, please submit a ticket for further support.
