Access Data
For de-identified data:
- Conduct your own queries with MSDW’s self-service cohort selection tools
- Request a specific, custom data set from an MSDW analyst
For identified patient data:
- Request access to a specific data mart accessible through Atlas
- Request access to a specific data mart housed within the Data Ark
- Request a specific, custom data set from an MSDW analyst
For public or Mount Sinai-generated data, review custom data sets through the Data Ark.


Access Research Tools
- Conduct surveys, schedule instruments, capture data, and export data through REDCap
- Set up and operate a custom-made database to organize, capture, and process your own data through eRAP
- Conduct your own queries with MSDW’s self-service cohort selection tools
- Query longitudinal health data through HHEAR and HADatAc
Access Computing Resources
- Process large compute jobs through supercomputer Minerva
- Request an external collaborator account or a project allocation to share workflows on Minerva
