About OHDSI’s OMOP

The OHDSI consortium develops the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM) and related open-source software tools to enable biomedical research.

OMOP Data Dictionary

MSDW incorporates features of OMOP versions 5.3 and 6.0. We are currently working to upgrade our OMOP Common Data Model to include the features of version 5.4. The ATLAS query tool requires the features of the OMOP version 5.3.
