Rstudio Connect server is available on Minerva, where you can publish Shiny, R Markdown and Jupyter for collaborators or others (Please check more details on Rstudio-connect at https://rstudio.com/products/connect/).
The subscription we have currently is only for 20 Users. Therefore, we can only grant publisher access to one user in each research group, up to 20 research groups.
If you are interested in publishing your R/python product on Rstudio-connect, please contact us at hpchelp@hpc.mssm.edu.
Note: After you finish the publishing, we may work with you to lock your Rstudio Connect account in order to give publish access to other users. The application you published is still alive and seen by the people you shared.
