Merative MarketScan

Service Migration

Due to security concern, MarketScan data service will be transitioned from the Data Ark team of Minerva High-performance Computing (HPC) to Digital Technology Partners (DTP) at the Mount Sinai Health System on Monday April 7, 2025. MarketScan will be fully supported by DTP then.

Impact on your data access workflow

  • For existing MarketScan users accessing Marketscan data through Citrix, there will be no change to your workflow.
  • No access to MarketScan on Minerva HPC platform.

For new MarketScan users to access MarketScan, please submit a request ticket via DTP ServiceNow at https://mountsinaihealth.service-now.com/mshsportal?id=sc_cat_item&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=75e8466e1b10aa50481163d4604bcb63&searchTerm=rait.
