Our team will answer your questions during weekly Digital Concierge, every Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 PM. Click here to register and join.

Based on the feedback we received from our annual survey, we also announce one additional day of Digital Concierge per month, on a different weekday.

The Digital Concierge is first-come, first-served. If you have questions about more than one research resource at Mount Sinai, we’ll assist you from one Zoom breakout room to the next.

  • DTP Academic Technology provides support for computer-related issues, software questions, and IT concerns

High Performance Computing (HPC)

  • Minerva is comprised of over 2 petaflops of computational power and 32 petabytes of storage

Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW) / Self-Service Cohort Query Tools

  • MSDW provides access to clinical and operational data collected from Mount Sinai’s Epic Electronic Health Records
  • Self-service query tools include Leaf, ATLAS and TriNetX

Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap)

  • REDCap is a secure, interactive web application for building and managing online surveys and databases

Electronic Research Application Portal (eRAP)

  • eRAP is a secure, interactive tool for rapid database customization for single and multi-site studies

Data Ark Data Commons

  • Data Ark consists of public and Sinai-specific data sets located on Minerva

  • Protect your data, laptop and other digital resources

Levy Library Resources and Services

  • Use Library resources to find and manage evidence, data, and measurement instruments. Guidance on publication analysis and research impact, evidence synthesis, reference management, and data sharing

Epic Research Training

  • Epic Research provides support for issues related to existing functionality and offers guidance for utilizing Epic for future research endeavors
