Our MSCED team members presented multiple EoE research work at Pediatric Research Day held at Mount Sinai Health System . The research presented by the MSCED team  included Developing a Patient Centered EoE Educational Curriculum,  Beyond the Esophagus: Challenging the Perception of EoE as a Localized Disease, and Acquired Immune Tolerance to Food Triggers in EoE Following an Empiric Dietary Elimination Therapy.
