Research
Our lab develops human stem cell- and tissue-derived organoid platforms to study organ development, disease mechanisms, tissue repair, and regenerative medicine. We focus on lung and airway organoids for modeling injury repair, infection, stem cell therapy, and bioengineered tissue replacement, with expanding programs in endocrine organoids and transplant immunology. Our goal is to translate organoid-based discoveries into new strategies to repair, reconstruct, and replace damaged tissues.
