Walking Directions from the Main Entrance of the Mount Sinai Hospital located at 1468 Madison Avenue:
- The ORL and conference room is in the Annenberg Building on the 20th floor.
- When you come into the main entrance, walk up the short flight of stairs on the left of the front information desk.
- This will take you to the main lobby (also termed as the Atrium).
- The Annenberg elevators will be on your left (look for elevators labeled floors 18-26)

- From Port Authority:
- Take the Q Train Uptown to 96th Street
- Exiting at 96th Street you will arrive at the 96th and 2nd avenue corner
- Stay on 96th and walk from 2nd avenue to Madison Avenue. [4 blocks]
- OR take the Crosstown bus from 96th and 2nd avenue (heading to the west side), and get off on Madison Avenue.
- Walk down Madison Avenue towards 100th Street [4 blocks]
- From Penn Station:
- Take the 6 Train Uptown to 96th Street
- Exiting at 96th Street you will arrive at the 96th and Lexington avenue corner
- Stay on 96th and walk from Lexington avenue to Madison Avenue. [2 blocks]
- OR take the Crosstown bus from 96th and Lexington avenue (heading to the west side), and get off on Madison Avenue.
- Walk down Madison Avenue towards 100th [4 blocks]
