Ovarian Cancer: New Biological Markers Found That May Predict Which Patients Won’t Respond to Chemotherapy

Innovative approach could spare patients unnecessary toxicity, lead to development of new therapies

Together with collaborators, we identified new biological markers that may predict which ovarian cancer patients won’t respond to chemotherapy. The paper describing this work, Chowdhury et al, was published online August 3 in Cell.
