Pei Wang, PhD, a Professor of Genetics and Genomic Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine, develops tools to analyze rich, high-dimensional molecular data to better understand disease mechanisms and identify drug targets. By collaborating with clinicians and cancer biologists, Mount Sinai’s Department of Genetics and Genomic Sciences uses data science expertise to answer biological questions and gain new insights into cancer.
