This website has been developed for students, post-docs, residents, fellows and anyone else involved or interested in early career research at Mount Sinai. It will provide you with some of the needed resources and academic toolkits that are reflective of best practice, to help you to navigate the academic landscape as you move from a Mentored to an Independent Investigator.

This site is also meant to facilitate conversation, cross talk and networking among you and your colleagues at an early stage of career development, from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
