Woojin Han, Ph.D.

Woojin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics. He is also a member of the Black Family Stem Cell Institute and Institute for Regenerative Medicine. He received his M.S.E. and Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his postdoctoral training at Georgia Institute of Technology. He was an Glenn/AFAR Postdoctoral Fellow for Translational Research on Aging and NIH/NHLBI Ruth L. Kirschstein F32 Postdoctoral Fellow. He was recently featured in Popular Science Magazine as one of “the Brilliant 10” early career scientists.
