Lab officially launched July 1, 2024!
A big warm welcome to the Sweis lab! We recently had a welcome lunch where old and new members got a chance to get to know each other over what will become our favorite past time – eating really good food!
We welcomed lab manager Sam Pedersen and our first graduate student Emma Andraka. We also welcomed the return of Ben, Susanna, Aisha, and Kastalia, while also introducing new members Zainab, Jason, and Shreoshe. We also hosted long-time collaborator Dr. Romain Durand-de Cuttoli. The lab celebrated clinching its first R01 grant from the NIMH BRAINS Award!
