Getting Started
Grant Submissions
All sponsored project and research proposals must be submitted to the Grants and Contracts Office (GCO). The GCO requires that proposals be submitted for internal review and approval at least five working days before the proposal needs to be submitted to the sponsor. The proposal should be submitted using Infoed, the Icahn School of Medicine’s system for proposal approvals and routing.
If you are planning on submitting a proposal, please contact Jennifer Kung or Evelina Berman to obtain additional guidance. They will assist with budgeting, setting up infoed submissions, and meeting all sponsor requirements for your proposal.
