Lesley Lu, BA Clinical Research Coordinator
Lesley Lu is a Clinical Research Coordinator with expertise in managing complex clinical trials focused on innovative treatments for mental health conditions. She currently oversees a Phase III clinical trial on psilocybin-assisted therapy for Major Depressive Disorder at the Bronx VA under Dr. Mehmet Haznedar. In addition, Lesley serves as a study coordinator for the Usona Psilocybin Depression study for Veterans and contributes to the MDMA Dose Optimization study, supporting research aimed at improving therapeutic outcomes for PTSD. Her responsibilities span regulatory compliance, participant coordination, and facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure the highest standards of scientific rigor and patient care. Lesley holds a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Hamilton College and is deeply committed to advancing evidence-based approaches in psychedelic and trauma-focused research.
