You may complete our brief pre-screening questionnaire which takes less than 5 minutes, without obligation to commit to treatment.

Questions that are asked on the pre-screening questionnaire:

Were you living as a resident or working as an employee within the New York City disaster area during the World Trade Center 9/11 attacks?

Are you currently receiving psychotherapy or counseling for a psychiatric or emotional problem?

Are you currently taking prescription medication for a psychiatric or emotional problem?

Do you presently continue to have symptoms related to your WTC experience, for example

  • Upsetting memories or nightmares?
  • Try to avoid thinking or talking about it?
  • Feel jumpy or anxious?
  • Become less connected with people around you, or less interested in activities you used to enjoy?
  • Still blame yourself for something related to your WTC experience?
