The Stahl laboratory is engaged in complex trait genetics and the inference of genetic architecture, through analysis of both common and rare variant genomic data, and through integration with other genomic and phenotypic data. We seek to discover new genes and genetic variants underlying disease, and to gleen biological insights from these discoveries.
