Welcome to Asgari system immunology lab
We study why immune responses vary between individuals. Our goal is to uncover the rules that shape immune diversity by integrating genetics, functional genomics, and environmental context. Using large-scale biobanks, High-throughput omics datasets, and computational modeling, we build systems-level frameworks that connect molecular mechanisms to human health, enabling better prediction, prevention, and treatment of immune-related diseases.
We are able to pursue our research thanks to the generous support of our funding agencies. We are deeply grateful for their continued commitment to advancing our work.
