Petralia is a MPI of the Innovator Award from the Kenneth-Rainin Foundation ($ 325,000, 2021/06 – 2024/05) titled “PREDICTS-Net: Multi-omics network analysis to identify key drivers of disease initiation and progression in the preclinical phase of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)” which was obtained to perform the integration of multi-omic pre-clinical IBD data such as exposome, metabolome, serum antibodies and proteomic data via co-expression network analysis.
