Nandaraj and Sarah recently submitted a manuscript to Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) detailing the protocol of shRNA gene knockdown in C2C12 myoblast cells. Yesterday a videographer from the journal came to the lab to interview and film the cast members. It was a great time and we look forward to seeing the final edits!
