We are interested in understanding how human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) manipulates cellular factors and processes to co-exist in the human host. Our lab uses biochemical, protein-based, and in vitro approaches to study HCMV with the goal of developing improved therapeutics towards this ubiquitous herpesvirus.
