Welcome to the Rosenberg Lab.

We use genomics technologies to study immune responses to viral infections.

Combining “wet bench” experimentation with computational analysis, our lab explores host-virus interactions from the level of whole immune system to individual infected cell. We develop specialized genomics approaches (with an emphasis on high throughput single cell techniques) and apply them to diverse projects in immunology and virology. As members of the Microbiology department at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, we are part of a dynamic collaborative research environment dedicated to understanding infectious disease.
