In the Dar laboratory we study signal transduction networks at multiple levels: structurally, biochemically, within cells, and also within whole animals. A goal of the lab is to build the tools that will allow us to modulate signaling networks for mechanistic exploration of disease biology through to therapeutic applications. Our work is highly interdisciplinary, employing methods from synthetic organic chemistry, structural biology, mass spectrometry, informatics, biochemistry and model organism genetics. Please read on to learn more about the lab.
