The postdoc will play a central role in developing quantitative, flexible, and scalable machine learning and AI tools that integrate spatial multi-omics data with mechanistic models across molecular, cellular, and tissue scales. The postdoc will also have the opportunity to make major contributions to understanding the mechanisms underlying cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, through close collaboration with world-class scientists at ISMMS and beyond.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>PhD in a quantitative field<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, machine learning, and programming skills<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience analyzing genomic data (broadly defined)<\/li>\n<li>A record of first-author publications, including peer-reviewed papers or preprints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Knowledge of spatial biology is desirable but not required.
