Miriam Hinojosa, MA <\/b>Clinical Project Manager<\/p>\n
Miriam Hinojosa is a Clinical Research Project Manager at The Parsons Research Center for Psychedelic Healing at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she oversees studies investigating the neural and psychological mechanisms underlying novel therapeutic interventions, including MDMA- and psilocybin-assisted therapy for PTSD. She leads the development of study workflows, regulatory infrastructure, and data management systems for investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials. Before joining the Center, Miriam coordinated orthopedic surgery and sports medicine research at Houston Methodist and managed clinical trials for Alzheimer\u2019s disease and other dementias at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Her previous work explored genetic and biological markers of pain and recovery, as well as novel pharmaceutical treatments for neurodegenerative disorders. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in Biomedical Diagnostics from Arizona State University and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University.<\/p>\n
