The Neurodegeneration Family Based Study
This is an NIH-sponsored multi-site study that recruits families with several members affected by dementia. It involves a neurological history and exam, a brief neuropsychological testing and blood testing. The study investigates the genetic basis, blood-based biomarkers, iPSC lines to best understand the biology that confers vulnerability to these families.
