Liheng Wang, Ph.D.

Liheng Wang, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes Obesity and Metabolism Institute (DOMI) at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Wang received her B.S. in Biochemistry from China Agricultural University in 2007 and Ph.D. in Nutritional and Metabolic Biology from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University in 2015. In 2022, Dr. Wang joined Mount Sinai to start a new lab in DOMI.

Peng Zhang, Ph.D

Peng Wang is an associate researcher in the Diabetes, Obesity, and Metabolism Institute (DOMI) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She received her Ph.D. degree at Fudan University. Peng Zhang joined Dr. Wang in 2023 to begin her career at Mount Sinai. 

Jessie Martin, Associate Researcher 

Jessie Martin is an associate researcher in the Diabetes Obesity and Metabolism Institute (DOMI) at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She received her B.S in Biology from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Jessie joined Dr. Wang in 2022 to begin her career at Mount Sinai.
