American Cancer Society Research Scholar Grant up to 4 years and for up to $165,000 per year for direct costs, plus 20% allowable indirect costs. Independent investigators in the first 6 years of an independent research career or faculty appointment are eligible to apply. April 1, and October 15
American Cancer Society Postdoctoral Fellowship Citizenship or permanent residency required. Awards may be for 3 years with progressive stipends of $48,000, $50,000, and $52,000 per year, plus a $4,000 per year fellowship allowance.  An additional $1,500 is added to the fellowship allowance in the last year to attend the ACS Postdoctoral Fellows Symposium or a domestic scientific meeting. April 1, and October 15
American Cancer Society Research Professor Grant Awarded to outstanding mid-career investigators who have made seminal contributions that have changed, and will continue to change, the direction of cancer research. Applicants will have attained the rank of full professor. The awards are for 5 years in the total amount of $400,000, and may be renewed once. April 1, and October 15
Cancer Research Institute Postdoctoral Fellowship A Postdoctoral fellow with less than 5 years of relevant postdoc experience. Postdocs with 3 or more years in a sponsor’s lab will only be funded in exceptional cases. Newly awarded fellowships provide a stipend of $55,000 for the first year, $57,000 for the second year, and $59,000 for the third year, in addition to an annual allowance of $1,500 April 1 and October 1
Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship Level 1: Basic and Physician-scientists must have received their degrees no more than 18 months prior to the application deadline date. Awards may be for 4 years with progressive stipends of $52,000, $54,000, $57,000 and $60,000 per year, plus a $2,000 per year expense allowance. March 15 and August 15
Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation Pediatric Cancer Fellowship Award Level 1: Basic and physician-scientists must have received their degrees no more than 18 months prior to the application deadline date.  Applicants must not have been in their Sponsors’ labs for more than 18 months prior to the application deadline date. Awards may be for 4 years with progressive stipends of $52,000, $54,000, $57,000 and $60,000 per year, plus a $2,000 per year expense allowance. March 15
Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation Innovation Award Award will be for two years, $150,000 per year ($300,000 total) with the opportunity for up to two additional years of funding. Must be tenure-track assistant professors within the first 4 years of their initial appointment. July 6
