To answer this question scientifically, we need participants who already have basic familiarity with the recommended activities. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of different exercise patterns without the confounding factor of learning new skills. At the beginning of the study, we ask which exercises you already feel comfortable with. Your personalized recommendations are based on those responses. If you're unsure about any activity, do not include it in your baseline questionnaire. Only list activities you already feel comfortable performing. You can also request to speak with our exercise physiologists throughout the study.
