One of the greatest challenges once you’ve finished any education program, is to transfer and maintain that learning in practice. This is particularly challenging with leadership programs, as learners return to the culture of their own departments and their motivation can decrease. The LEAD Ambassador program creates a community of practice among alumni of the LEAD Ambassador program. Bringing these leaders together on a regular basis to continue their leadership journey and maintain a culture of leadership at Mount Sinai.<\/p>\n
