The building is just one block away from Central Park at 1470 Madison Ave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If traveling by public transportation, the M96 or M106 crosstown buses will bring you close-by from the West Side of town, although walking across Central Park might be a good choice.
