Juan Arriaga, PhD. (Principal Investigator)<\/h2>\n
\n

Juan is Assistant Professor at the Departments of Oncological Sciences and Urology.\u00a0He received his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biochemistry from the School of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and obtained his Ph.D from the same institution while working at the CIO-FUCA and Leloir Institutes.\u00a0Juan completed his postdoctoral training at Columbia University Medical Center.<\/p>\n

Anindita Dutta, PhD. (Postdoctoral Fellow)<\/h2>\n

Anindita did her Bachelor of Science at Vidyasagar University and her Master\u2019s at the University of Calcutta, both in Botany. She then obtained her Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru University\u00a0 studying the role of PICH, an ATP dependent chromatin remodeling protein in oxidative stress response. Welcome Anindita!<\/p>\n

Houssein Chhouri, PhD.\u00a0<\/strong>(Postdoctoral Fellow)<\/h2>\n

Houssein received a Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as a Masters in Cell Biology and\u00a0in Genomics and Health, all from Lebanese University\u00a0in Lebanon. He completed his\u00a0<\/span>Ph.D in Molecular Biology at the University of Rouen, France where he developed high-throughput barcode screens to identify the mechanism of action of anticancer drugs. Twinkle Bapuji Vhatkar, MSc. (Bioinformatician)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Twinkle received her master\u2019s degree from Indiana University in Bioinformatics, and is now a bioinformatician in the Bioinformatics for Next Generation Sequencing core (BiNGS). Twinkle\u2019s research centered around in-depth analysis of long-read direct RNA sequencing data. Her passion for using computational tools to address biological questions drives her to continuously explore innovative approaches and stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field. Welcome Twinkle!<\/p>\n

Marine Vialat\"\", PhD. <\/strong>(Postdoctoral Fellow)<\/h2>\n

Marine received a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology and Physiology from Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier, France and then a Masters in Genetics, Physiology and Pathology as well as a Ph.D in Health Biology, Oncology and Genetics from Universit\u00e9 Clermont-Auvergne in France. She has focused on understanding the role of cholesterol and steroids in different stages of prostatic tumorigenesis using fly models. <\/span>Welcome Marine!<\/p>\n
